Note: We don't accept returns or refunds, Items can only be exchanged if it meets the following criteria:
1. You have 2-3 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.
2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Provide your name and order number and a brief description of the reason for the exchange.
4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or the wrong item was sent.
5. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
6. If approved, your exchange will be processed within:  3-5 business days from the day  we receive the returned item.
7. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

* Gentle Washing: Hand wash your kaftan in cold water with a mild detergent. If using a washing machine, select a gentle cycle.
* Avoid Bleach: Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the fabric and colours.
* Drying: Lay flat to dry or hang it up to avoid stretching. Avoid direct sunlight to maintain colour vibrancy.
* Ironing: If needed, use a low-temperature iron on the reverse side of the fabric to remove wrinkles.
